Taça Pestana

Este fim de semana realizamos o torneio Pestana com a participação de 39 jogadores. Para o almoço  no Hotel Pestana ficaram 23. O ambiente foi muito agradável, o serviço extremamente atencioso e a qualidade da comida muito boa. Penso que de facto toda a gente ficou satisfeita e acho que podemos, sem problemas, repetir isto.

O grande campeão foi o Artur Borges que ganhou o Gross e o Longest drive  e no Net foi o nosso capitão Antonio Aires Correia. Juntamos algumas fotografias e os resultados dos vencedores. Na Tombola ninguém ficou sem prémios e foram distribuídos vinhos, sal grosso, vouchers do Pestana e bilhetes para o cinema. O nosso sponsor low cost ofereceu os prémios para o longest drive e nearest the pin.

A condição do campo melhorou substancialmente e por isto da mais prazer de jogar. Até ao nosso próximo torneio.

Dear members,

This weekend we had our Pestana Cup with the participation of 39 players. For lunch at the Hotel Pestana 23 players stayed. The environment was very pleasant, the service extremely good and the quality of the food extraordinary. I believe this was an experience we can repeat.

The great champion was Artur Borges who won the Gross and the longest drive and In Net our captain Antonio Aires Correia.(Please see some pictures enclosed and the list of the winners.) For the Tombola we distributed wines, salt from the sea, vouchers from Pestana and tickets for the cinema.  Our sponsor low cost offered the prices for the longest drive and nearest the pin.

The condition of the golf course improved substantially and so we had greater fun playing our game. See you at the next tournament.
